Lucky in Mexico

My blog's been quiet because I was on vacation. Mexico, to be precise. While there I met Lucky, who lives at the Scuba Shack outside Manzanillo. The Shack's owner, Susan, has rescued a number of dogs. One of them, Lucky, was hanging out at the shack and provided me with some much-needed petting and pup time while I was waiting to be fitted with fins and snorkel mask.

FETCH Escapes

What do the FETCH folks do when they need a get away?  Chief among my favorites is Sea Ranch, where I can rent a dog-friendly house and forget time and space for a few days.

The minute we shipped the September issue out the door, we were packed and leaving. It was an incredible weekend.

Here's a shot of Bennie playing with a weekend friend, Clyde. In this shot, they had been frolicking on the beach when a wave pushed them in. Such glee and delight.
